 
 CostumesWe here at Darkspectre create especially for you theatrical grade costuming, made to size in any style and out of any material you could think of. If you can think it up, we will make it! All we need is accurate measurements and a good idea of what you want. We'll find the style, colors and materials you want. These are theatrical quality, not cheaply made costumes! Email us with your request and we'll keep in constant contact with you throughout the construction process. You approve the design and the fabrics before we sew so you get a costume that you'll be completely satisfied with. We are also creating custom corsetry as well, so tell us our desire! Your cost will vary depending on the costume and what material you choose, so bear that in mind when you order. We also create children's costumes, as well as men's and plus sizes too! 
18th Century Polonaise GownThis gown is a French Polonaise design. We were inspired by watching the early scenes in Interview With the Vampire and decided, we have got to make some of these costumes! The bodice/overdress is front closure with hook and eye and the petticoat is seperate and has side ties on it. This dress is 15 yards of fabric folks, heavy and sturdy! The bodice overskirt can be worn either runched up (as shown) or worn down straight.Dripping with yards of black lace, this gown is any sanguinarians darkest desire. Elven Woodland DressThis is my version of a Dark Elf costume enspired by LOTR. Pictured is a burgundy poly/nylon with voile sleeves and a rope tie belt. It back zips and has gorgeous princess seams. Gypsy or Wench ensembleThis gypsy costume consists of a peasant blouse, fully lined and boned corset that laces up in 3 places for a custom fit, and an elastic waisted skirt that can either be draped in the front or gathered on one side as shown in the picture. Custom women's Sith battle garb with corsetMy custom made female Sith costume for those with a penchant for the Dark Side. Pictured is a raw silk kimono that has been shortened for a sexier silouette and a coutil-lined burgundy brocade corset based upon an original Civil War style, with spiral steel boning and stainless steel busk front closure. This is a functional corset created from a civil war era design, suitable for tightlacing and also wearing under clothing and is fashionable for Victorian era clothing as well. You pick the colors, we'll make it custom for you! (note: drill may be substituted for coutil in the corset due to it's hard to find nature. Both fabrics are equally suitable to this application)

Dark Anakin costumeJedi costume based upon Episode III. The tunic is chocolate brown poly/rayon with faux leather tabbards and a rayon obi in the same brown. Pirate Captain's Long CoatThis burgundy heavy cotton pirates coat was created from patterns influenced by POTC. It is embellished with tons of snowflake pattern buttons and gimp braid with large belled sleeves. This coat has a nice frock drape to it with a slight flare at the bottom and flows nicely. Classic Victorian BodiceThis classically cut bodice features flattering princess seams and a lace up back. Queen of the DamnedThis is an ensemble to be envied!! Talk about gorgeous; be sure to check out our fashion show and Ironstock 2006 galleries to see it showcased on my beautiful model Mel. This ensemble includes a straight seamed steel boned victorian corset, a long trained victorian skirt that is slightly gathered in the back to create a subtle bustle, and vamp styled stand up collar with a gorgeous sheer capelet that is detacheable. It features a silky sexy black chemise and the most gorgeous black spiderweb waist cincher and yes girls, it's made for tightlacing as it is all steel boned. Belladonna Polonaise GownA different spin on our other Polonaise gown, this gown features sheer bell sleeves and runching in the back of the overskirt instead of the sides and front hook and eye closure.. Underbust Waist CincherThis gorgeous underbust waist cincher is made of a drill backing for support and overlayed with dark purple tafetta and sheer spiderweb fabric. The layering of these fabrics makes for a stunning combination! The item pictured is a tall waist cincher, we have a shorter version available also. This item can be used for tightlacing as well as it is steel boned throughout. I have personally worn various versions of this under clothing and over chemises, dresses and other items and I just can't get enough of them! Very versatile and sexy as can be. Rockabilly Swing DressI ran across a pattern one day for a swing styled sundress and I thought..."What if...?" Next thing I knew I had the most kick a$$ swing dress I have yet to see! This dress is made of yards of the most gorgeous midweight cotton I have found on the net, with very cool blood red roses and tons of skulls peering from the thorny vines. This dress is perfect for Dias De las Muertos or just any occassion, and the full circle skirt makes it perfect for swing dancing. I can make this out of any fabric, so be sure to contact me before ordering. At this time this dress is only available in a 36x28x38 (aproximately a size 10/12) but I should be able to size it up or down a size. Gothic Priestess EnsembleMystical maidens rejoice! We here at Darkspectre have created a very midieval gown just draped in yards and yards of fabric. This gown cuts a very dramatic silouette with the long draped sleeves that are gathered at the upper arm and long trained skirt. The gown also laces up the back (back zip available upon request) and comes with a back laced waist cincher and is finished off with a belt with cord tie accents. This gown reminds us very much of Mists of Avalon, but can also go dark and be used for a banshee costume or anything else your dark little hearts can dream up. Womens Pirate GarbCreated as a homage to the swashbuckling character Elisabeth Swann, this combination consists of a muslin blouse with full sleeves and a slimmer, longer line then our men's pirate blouse, a long slim vest with back lace detail and long slim pirates coat. The point with this costume was to make it more useful in a sword fight so we streamlined the whole thing down so it wouldn't be as frumpy as other pirates garb and would fit more closely.
